Camino Portugues Final Stage

This is the final stage of the Camino Way walking the Portuguese pilgrim trail - lesser known than the French route, but equally impressive and attractive! Your approach is from the south. It takes 5 days walking to complete averaging approx. 22 km per day and qualifies you for the Compostela (certificate). The trail is a combination of small country roads, stone footpaths and well maintained compact dirt tracks with no really steep climbs or treacherous descents. This walk is considered “moderate” and suitable for anyone who is reasonably fit but, most importantly, stamina is required.
