Description
Wonderfully preserved 8th century Moorish fortress with impressive castellated keep. Magnificent oak and a mixture of modern and classical styles have transformed this Parador into a new building whilst retaining its original medieval character. This Parador has a noted art collection. Bedrooms are comfortable, many with four poster beds. The restaurant serves regional cuisine.
How To Arrive
From Madrid via the A-3, take exit 166 (Honrubia). From Valencia, take exit 212 (Motilla del Palancar). Continue on the N-III until the Alarcón exit at km 187. The Parador is located in town.

On the boundary between La Mancha and Levante, this Parador is situated in a peaceful haven on a promontory above the River Jucar.
